The stories behind the dramas are all culturally diverse, but the messages in them are universal.
They range from short plays to movie length dramas, and they can involve members of the community from the youngest to the elders. The stories are full of traditions still active in Fodays’ culture, they are very informative and actively they give people an opportunity to experience a taste of another culture. The plots are many & varied, so contact Foday & Mariama and discuss your ideas for plays for schools, drama groups etc. The plays might include – mango trees and muskrats, water carriers, a galung, a forest spirit and maybe a spirit who lives at a well. Mothers & fathers, kids & old dads…..And that is only the beginning. The story content changes through the different age levels.
